AlphaChaser, SourceDock's sourcing engine Beta
AlphaChaser is SourceDock's own sourcing engine. It grades the products in your Vault and your Scout finds, from S down to F, so you can tell a great buy from one to skip.
- One grade for each product, S down to F, so a long list turns into a short one.
- Grades show where you already work: the Vault, Scout and the Chrome extension.
- A pick can show if you can sell it, checked with your own Amazon account.
What a grade means
The grades run S (top pick), A (great buy), B (good buy), C (okay), D (weak) and F (skip).
Click a grade to see why AlphaChaser gave it. When there is not enough to go on yet, it says so instead of guessing.
Where you see it
AlphaChaser works inside the SourceDock tools you already use.
- Vault: Products you save get a grade.
- Scout: Finds from the storefronts you watch get a grade too.
- Chrome extension: Turn it on in the extension's settings to see a saved or Scout product's grade on its Amazon page.
- Gate Scanner: A pick can show if you can sell it, checked with your own Amazon account.
A second opinion, not a promise
AlphaChaser is in beta, and SourceDock keeps making it better. A grade is a second opinion, not a promise. You always make the call. A grade does not promise a sale or a profit.
On every plan
AlphaChaser is on Premier and Pro, and in the free trial.
FAQ
Is a grade a guarantee?
No. A grade is a second opinion, not a promise. You always make the call.
Does AlphaChaser buy, list, or apply for anything for me?
No. It only grades. It never buys, never lists, and never applies for approval for you.
Why does a product say it isn't graded yet?
AlphaChaser needs a price and some sales history first. Until then, it says so instead of guessing.
