SourceDock Terms of Service
SourceDock is a product of Odyne LLC. These terms govern the web application at sourcedock.io and the SourceDockIQ browser extension.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using SourceDock you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SourceDock is analytical software for Amazon Selling Partners. It helps you research restrictions, catalog and fee economics, purchases, and settlement-backed reimbursements for the Amazon account you authorize. It does not buy, sell, list, or message on your behalf.
Your Amazon account
Your Amazon seller account is yours. You are responsible for it and for complying with Amazon’s agreements and policies. Amazon, Amazon.com, Seller Central, and Amazon Services API are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. SourceDock is a product of Odyne LLC. SourceDock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon may change or withdraw APIs and Seller Central pages at any time.
Accounts, billing, and cancellation
- You must be at least 18 and keep your login secure.
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices published on this website.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
- All plans are non-refundable. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged.
- We may change plan features or pricing. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, against Amazon’s policies, to access other people’s accounts, to resell the service without permission, or to disrupt the system. Do not aggregate or resell Amazon Services API information obtained through SourceDock.
Financial figures
Profit, fee, and reimbursement figures are informational reconciliations. They are not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify them before relying on them.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odyne LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
